HOUSECALL– Home Chores Division
Based on hourly payment of $49/hour, with a 2 hour minimum charge, unless booked on a regular basis, at which point a discount will be applied.
2 person jobs - 2nd person will be billed at $39/hour.
TASKS:
- help around home including
but not limited to, packing/moving boxes,
reorganizaing rooms/light furnishings,
- grass cutting/trimming/watering
- hedge trimming
- garden watering
- mulch spreading
- leaf raking
- weed pulling
- exterior power-washing
- garage clean-up (sweep out & power-wash)
- porch/patio/deck clean-up (sweep out & power-wash)
- driveway clean-up (sweep out & power-wash)
- gutter cleaning (1 level homes only)
- Security & maintenance checks for away owners
NOTE: Homeowner to provide some of their own equipment, as needed.
