RATES:
CALL-OUT FEE: $40 – to assess scope of job, if unable to do so through pics & discussion of details
HOURLY RATE: $79/HOUR – with a 2 hour minimum booking.
2 PERSON JOBS - 2nd person billed at a rate of $49.00/HOUR
HALF DAY BOOKING – 4 HOURS - $300
FULL DAY BOOKING – 8 HOURS - $600
All prices subject to HST.
NOTE: All necessary materials to complete job & all required travel on behalf of customer to acquire materials, will be added to invoice.

ASSEMBLY / REMOVAL

MINOR REPAIRS
- caulking
- small paint jobs
- replace toilet handle system
- small drywall repairs
- small deck repairs/staining
- hardware/hinge tightening
OTHER
- pick-ups & deliveries of items or materials, within reasonable distance and size
- time PLUS mileage will apply
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation charge of $100, if cancelled within 24 hours of Job Booking.
